Apl\u00edquese protecci\u00f3n solar a diario y no se broncee, incluido el autobronceador, durante 4 a 6 semanas antes y despu\u00e9s de los tratamientos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Se recomienda utilizar protecci\u00f3n solar SPF 30+ cuando se est\u00e9 al aire libre dos semanas antes y despu\u00e9s del tratamiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Suspenda cualquier agente t\u00f3pico irritante durante 4-5 d\u00edas antes del tratamiento. Ej: retinoles, \u00e1cido salic\u00edlico y glic\u00f3licos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Puede seguir utiliz\u00e1ndose una semana despu\u00e9s del tratamiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si utiliza hidroquinona, deje de usarla 7 d\u00edas antes del tratamiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si utiliza Lytera (u otros productos aclaradores sin hidroquinona) no necesita dejar de utilizar el producto antes del tratamiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No utilice ning\u00fan producto con retinol (o productos que contengan tretino\u00edna) ni exfoliantes en la zona a tratar durante una semana. Evite Accutane (o productos de isotretino\u00edna) durante los 6 meses previos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si tiene antecedentes de herpes febril, notif\u00edquelo inmediatamente a nuestra consulta. El Dr. Yacomotti le recetar\u00e1 un tratamiento antiv\u00edrico profil\u00e1ctico que deber\u00e1 iniciar el mismo d\u00eda del tratamiento para prevenir un brote de herpes labial. Si tiene una receta en vigor, Valtrex 500 mg debe tomarse por v\u00eda oral dos veces al d\u00eda, el d\u00eda antes, el d\u00eda durante y el d\u00eda despu\u00e9s del tratamiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Los medicamentos fotosensibilizantes, como la doxiciclina y la minociclina, deben suspenderse tres d\u00edas antes del tratamiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Prevea un \u00abtiempo de inactividad\u00bb social de entre 2 y 5 d\u00edas antes de que desaparezca el enrojecimiento, la inflamaci\u00f3n y la descamaci\u00f3n de las manchas solares.  <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Acuda a su cita con la cara limpia. Pueden parecer posos de caf\u00e9. Las lesiones oscuras se secan y se descaman suavemente en 10-14 d\u00edas. No frote ni rasque las zonas tratadas. Puede utilizar un exfoliante facial suave una semana despu\u00e9s del tratamiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Despu\u00e9s de la primera sesi\u00f3n, puede observarse una mejora del aspecto de la piel. Las sesiones m\u00faltiples proporcionan resultados a\u00fan mejores. El enrojecimiento de la piel es normal y puede durar unos d\u00edas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Puede haber una ligera hinchaz\u00f3n.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La formaci\u00f3n de costras o ampollas es infrecuente y no es grave. Las zonas pigmentadas pueden empezar a descamarse al cabo de unos d\u00edas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Las compresas fr\u00edas pueden ser \u00fatiles durante las primeras 24 horas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Su piel estar\u00e1 fr\u00e1gil durante 2-3 d\u00edas. Utilice productos de limpieza suaves, no frote la piel y evite el agua caliente durante este tiempo.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No utilice retinoides, tretino\u00ednas, productos alfa o beta hidroxi, productos con vitamina C, exfoliantes o peelings qu\u00edmicos en la zona tratada durante una semana.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El maquillaje puede aplicarse inmediatamente si la piel no est\u00e1 agrietada. Recomendamos el maquillaje mineral.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Cuando est\u00e9 al aire libre, apl\u00edquese FPS 30 cada vez que salga (haga sol o no) durante un m\u00ednimo de 3 semanas despu\u00e9s del tratamiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Evite el calor excesivo o la fricci\u00f3n en la zona tratada (ejercicio intenso, saunas).<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Las manchas solares y de la edad se OSCURECER\u00c1N con los tratamientos ANTES de empezar a responder y resolverse. Se trata de una parte normal del proceso. NO se rasque ni frote estas manchas oscuras durante la primera semana.
