class=\"uael-timeline-heading\">Contraindicaciones<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"uael-timeline-desc-content\"> <ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No debe someterse a una inyecci\u00f3n de PRF si padece lo siguiente:<\/span><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">C\u00e1ncer o enfermedad metast\u00e1sica<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Una infecci\u00f3n activa<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Un recuento bajo de plaquetas<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: de la intervenci\u00f3n<\/h3>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"uael-timeline-desc-content\"> <ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si tiene fiebre, catarro\/gripe, herpes labial, manchas, erupciones, etc. en la zona a tratar antes de su cita, deber\u00e1 cambiarla. No podemos tratarle.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Informe inmediatamente a su m\u00e9dico si est\u00e1 tomando anticoagulantes. Pueden representar una contraindicaci\u00f3n para este tratamiento. Estos medicamentos incluyen Plavix, Coumadin y Heparina.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Suspenda el uso de cualquier otro anticoagulante como: Vitamina E, Vitamina A, Gingko Biloba, ajo, aceite de lino, aceite de h\u00edgado de bacalao, \u00e1cidos grasos esenciales, (EFAs y DHAs), etc. al menos 3 d\u00edas a 1 semana antes y despu\u00e9s del tratamiento para minimizar hematomas y hemorragias.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Se recomienda, si tiene un acontecimiento especial o unas vacaciones pr\u00f3ximamente, que programe su tratamiento con al menos 2 semanas de antelaci\u00f3n. Preferimos 3-4 semanas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si le van a tratar la zona de los labios y tiene antecedentes de herpes (herpes labial) con brotes m\u00e1s de 4 veces al a\u00f1o, algunos m\u00e9dicos le recomiendan un tratamiento previo con medicaci\u00f3n. Recomendamos Valtrex 2GM el d\u00eda anterior o la ma\u00f1ana del tratamiento y luego otros 2GM 12 horas despu\u00e9s de la primera dosis. Av\u00edsenos si necesita una receta.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Suspenda el uso de antiinflamatorios (esteroideos y no esteroideos) como Aspirina, Motrin o cualquier otro medicamento con ibuprofeno al menos de 3 d\u00edas a 1 semana antes de su tratamiento. Con la PRF, la inflamaci\u00f3n es deseable, ya que es uno de los mecanismos del procedimiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Los medicamentos recetados (incluidos los medicamentos para el coraz\u00f3n y la tensi\u00f3n arterial) deben tomarse seg\u00fan lo prescrito hasta el d\u00eda del tratamiento y el d\u00eda siguiente, ambos incluidos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si usted est\u00e1 o ha estado en uso sist\u00e9mico de corticosteroides (esteroides) dentro de 2 semanas de tratamiento, no podemos tratarlo. Consulte a su m\u00e9dico para que apruebe la interrupci\u00f3n del uso de esteroides para recibir tratamiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Evite el alcohol, la cafe\u00edna y los cigarrillos durante 3 d\u00edas antes y despu\u00e9s del tratamiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ducharse la ma\u00f1ana del tratamiento y lavar la zona tratada<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si se somete a un tratamiento del cuero cabelludo, no aplique sprays, geles ni ning\u00fan otro producto de peinado sobre nuestro cabello. Si lleva un sistema capilar, qu\u00edteselo antes del champ\u00fa y no se lo ponga antes del tratamiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Coma regularmente la ma\u00f1ana de su tratamiento. Recuerde, nuestro objetivo es crear inflamaci\u00f3n. Estos medicamentos enumerados limitar\u00e1n o prevendr\u00e1n la inflamaci\u00f3n, lo que puede disminuir sus resultados. Si debe tomar Aspirina por motivos card\u00edacos, puede hacerlo, pero esto puede limitar sus resultados.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Es normal que aparezcan hematomas, enrojecimiento, picor, hinchaz\u00f3n o dolor durante los 2-5 d\u00edas siguientes a la intervenci\u00f3n. Si experimenta alg\u00fan dolor o molestia, puede tomar Tylenol u otros productos que contengan paracetamol seg\u00fan las indicaciones.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Abst\u00e9ngase de aplicar hielo en la zona inyectada, ya que el hielo act\u00faa como antiinflamatorio. Si es necesario, puede aplicar hielo durante 20-30 minutos.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No se duche ni se lave durante al menos 6 horas despu\u00e9s del tratamiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Evite el ejercicio intenso y la exposici\u00f3n al sol y al calor, incluidas las saunas, los ba\u00f1os de vapor y la nataci\u00f3n, durante los 3 d\u00edas siguientes al tratamiento.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Evite el alcohol, la cafe\u00edna y los cigarrillos durante 3 d\u00edas despu\u00e9s del tratamiento. Estos medicamentos incluyen Plavix, Coumadin y Heparina.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Suspenda el uso de cualquier otro anticoagulante como: Vitamina E, Vitamina A, Gingko Biloba, ajo, aceite de lino, aceite de h\u00edgado de bacalao, \u00e1cidos grasos esenciales, (EFAs y DHAs), etc. al menos 3 d\u00edas a 1 semana antes y despu\u00e9s del tratamiento para minimizar hematomas y hemorragias.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Se recomienda, si tiene un acontecimiento especial o unas vacaciones pr\u00f3ximamente, que programe su tratamiento con al menos 2 semanas de antelaci\u00f3n. Preferimos 3-4 semanas.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Si le van a tratar la zona de los labios y tiene antecedentes de Herpes (herpes labial) con brotes m\u00e1s de 4 veces al a\u00f1o, algunos facultativos le recomiendan un tratamiento previo con medicaci\u00f3n. Recomendamos Valtrex 2GM el d\u00eda anterior o la ma\u00f1ana del tratamiento y luego otros 2GM 12 horas despu\u00e9s de la primera dosis. Av\u00edsenos si necesita una receta.<\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Suspenda el uso de antiinflamatorios (esteroideos y no esteroideos) como Aspirina, Motrin o cualquier otro medicamento con ibuprofeno al menos de 3 d\u00edas a 1 semana antes de su tratamiento.
