Most patients describe a mild prickling sensation. A topical numbing cream can be applied for comfort.
Depending on your skin goals, a series of 3–6 sessions spaced 4–6 weeks apart can deliver lasting, cumulative results.
You may experience mild redness and sensitivity for 1–2 days. Normal activities typically resume immediately.
Skin texture and tone begin improving in the days following treatment, with full results developing over 4–6 weeks as collagen matures.
How is Microneedling done?
